Pace Monster — Terms of Service

Pace Monster is a game. These terms are short because the app is simple.

1. What it is. Pace Monster turns your daily step count into a chase. It is entertainment, not medical, fitness, or health advice. Set a pace that is sensible for you; stop if walking hurts; talk to a professional about exercise decisions.
2. Age. You must be at least 13 to use Pace Monster or create an account.
3. Your account. Accounts are optional. You are responsible for the sign-in methods attached to your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or at pacemonster-gg.web.app/pm_delete.html; deletion is immediate and permanent.
4. Your data. Handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Fair use. Don't abuse the service, attack it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that attack the service.
6. No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app — including lost streaks, lost data, or decisions made because a monster was chasing you.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app accepts the updated terms.
