App Store & Google Play · done-for-you

App Store approval for vibe‑coded apps.

Flat fee. You keep your account and your code. Built it in Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or Cursor? I audit it, package it, submit it, and answer App Review when they push back.

The wall

The app works. The stores are the hard part.

AI tools compress months of building into days — then leave you alone with Apple's review process. These are the three walls almost every vibe-coded app hits.

GUIDELINE 4.2

Rejected: "Minimum Functionality"

Apple says your app "does not include enough features." Translation: it reads as a website in an app costume. There's a known set of fixes — resubmitting the same build isn't one of them.

CODESIGN ERROR 65

Stuck at signing & provisioning

Certificates, provisioning profiles, entitlements, keystores. The AI built your app in an afternoon; Apple's signing chain has eaten your week. I do this every day — no Mac needed on your side.

GUIDELINE 4.2 / 2.5.2

Webview wrapper won't pass

You wrapped your web app and App Review bounced it. Some wrappers pass, most don't — the difference is specific and fixable. I'll tell you which side of the line you're on before you burn another cycle.

Process

Audit. Fix & package. Submit & pass.

A fixed process, not a discovery phase. You see the full findings before any fix work starts, and every deliverable lands in your accounts, not mine.

01

Audit

Your app, build config, and store metadata go through a 60-point preflight covering the guidelines that actually cause rejections. You get a written report: every issue, its severity, the fix, and an honest verdict.

02

Fix & package

Native packaging (Capacitor or Expo), icons and screenshots in every required size, privacy policy, App Privacy labels, Play data-safety form, TestFlight and internal-testing tracks — handled end to end.

03

Submit & pass

I submit, monitor review, and answer App Review myself if they push back — with the right guideline citations, inside 24 hours. Rejection is a normal review event, and handling it is included.

Your accounts, your code — always.

You enroll in the Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console under your own name. I work as an invited App Store Connect / Play Console user with the minimum roles needed, and you revoke my access the day we're done. I never publish clients' apps under my own developer account — that model breaks both stores' rules and leaves you owning nothing.

Stage 2 · AutoPilot

Your app is never finished.

Apple ships a new OS every fall. Dependencies rot. Store policies shift under you. You built the app — you shouldn't have to babysit it. Getting approved is stage one of a two-stage journey.

STAGE 1 · FLAT FEE

LaunchPilot gets you approved

Audit, fix & package, submit & pass — everything on this page. Your app goes live on both stores, in your own accounts.

STAGE 2 · FROM $99/MO

AutoPilot keeps you live

Property management for your app: OS updates, dependency patches, renewals, review responses, monitoring — you own it, we run it, you never think about it again.

4.8Sign in with Apple wherever third-party login exists
5.1.1Privacy labels, privacy manifest, purpose strings, account deletion
2.1Demo account, review notes, crash pass on physical devices
PLAY20-tester rule sequencing, data-safety form, target API level
2.3.3Screenshots from the real build at required sizes, listing accuracy
4.3Template-similarity risk — differentiation from same-generator apps

The honest version of a guarantee: nobody can promise Apple's approval on a date — anyone who does is selling you something. What I promise: flat fees, findings in writing before fix work starts, no billing for review cycles caused by my mistakes, and on Rescue engagements — approval or 50% back.
FAQ

The questions that matter.

Who owns the developer accounts and the code?
You do, unconditionally. You enroll in the Apple Developer Program ($99/yr) and Google Play Console ($25 one-time) under your own name or company. I join as an invited user with limited roles, do the work inside your accounts, and you revoke my access when we're done. Your code never leaves your repo except to build and submit. I never publish under my own account on your behalf — that model violates both stores' rules and leaves you owning nothing.
How long does it take?
Preflight Audit: written report within 48 hours of getting access. Standard Launch: typically 1–2 weeks from intake to submission, driven mostly by how fast Apple/Google verify your new developer accounts and how quickly you can supply things only you have (DUNS number if enrolling as a company, demo account, etc.). Apple review itself usually returns in 24–48 hours per cycle. Rescues vary: a metadata rejection can turn around in days; a 4.2 rejection that needs native features takes longer — and I'll scope it in the audit.
Which tools do you support?
Anything that produces a web app or a React Native/Expo project: Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, v0, Windsurf, Claude Code, plain Next.js/Vite apps — the tool matters less than what it generated. Web apps get packaged with Capacitor (or rebuilt in Expo when that's the better path — the audit tells you which). If you already have an Expo or native project, even better.
What happens if my app gets rejected?
Rejection is a normal part of the process, not a disaster — most launches see at least one. Standard Launch includes one full resubmission cycle: I read the rejection, respond to App Review with the right guideline citations, fix what needs fixing, and resubmit. If Apple's pushback reveals a product-level gap (e.g. genuine 4.2 minimum-functionality issues), I'll tell you exactly what to add and quote the Rescue tier if it's beyond the included cycle. On Rescue engagements: approval or 50% refund.
Do I need a Mac?
No. iOS builds and submissions run through cloud build services (Expo EAS or equivalent CI), so neither of us needs to touch Xcode on your hardware. You need: an iPhone or the willingness to rely on TestFlight testers for device testing, your Apple ID, and a credit card for the $99 developer enrollment.
My app sells subscriptions. Can you handle in-app purchases?
Yes — and if you sell digital goods, you must use Apple's IAP (Guideline 3.1.1); a Stripe checkout inside the app is an instant rejection. I set up App Store / Play Billing products via RevenueCat so one integration covers both stores, wire up your paywall, and configure the required subscription metadata. IAP work is part of the Rescue / Complex tier because it touches your app's code and needs real testing.
Do I really need a privacy policy?
Yes, even if you collect nothing — both stores require a hosted privacy policy URL, and Apple additionally requires accurate App Privacy "nutrition label" answers and, for many SDKs, a privacy manifest in the build. Get these wrong and you're rejected under 5.1.1 or flagged later. Every launch package includes a policy that matches what your app actually collects (auth provider, analytics, crash reporting — it all counts), plus the store questionnaires filled to match.
What are the refund terms?
Preflight Audit: no refunds — you receive the full report either way, and the $199 credits toward a launch package if you proceed. Standard Launch: if I fail to submit your app to both stores for reasons on my side, full refund. Rescue / Complex: approval or 50% refund, as advertised — the other 50% covers real engineering work done, and the report and fixes are yours to keep regardless. What no one honest can promise: Apple's approval on a specific date. What I do promise: flat fees, no billing for extra review cycles caused by my mistakes.
